Blue Bottle Coffee Launches Hand-Whisked Uji Matcha Latte
Blue Bottle Coffee will begin serving a hand-whisked Uji matcha latte nationwide from October 1, 2026, priced at ¥1,020. The drink uses matcha called "Eiryoku" sourced from Toshioen Tea Shop, blended from Kyoto Prefecture tea leaves harvested from Wazuka and Ujitawara. The company is also releasing a retail matcha powder (¥3,460) for home use, stone-ground to preserve quality and flavor.
