Kizakura launches matcha craft non-alcoholic beer with Uji producer Kitagawa Hanbei
Kizakura will release a non-alcoholic matcha craft beverage on 15 September 2026, developed with Uji tea house Kitagawa Hanbei Shoten. The drink uses carefully selected Uji matcha, brewed with Fushimi spring water, and delivers zero alcohol, sugar, and purines while preserving matcha's refined aroma and bitterness. It contains an estimated 196 ppm catechins from matcha.
